David Jones-Isaac is Head of People at JH. He’s worked in HR for over fifteen years and has a passion for all things ‘people and organisational development’. Prior to JH, David has worked with big brands such as Liberty Global, Virgin Media, Manpower UK and IBM, where he business partnered with their technology, transformation and commercial teams. David also did a stint within health and social care where in 2022, he won an award with the Welsh Government for ‘best project focusing on effective recruitment and retention’.
